How do artist groups apply?
Artist groups apply just like individuals. Applications are submitted on line here. Each group is required to apply online or can apply by mail by downloading an application form. Each group is required to submit one application, fee and artwork images for each artist in the group. Refer to the application FAQ’s for full registration questions.
Should groups submit an application for each member displaying at the festival?
No. A group should only submit one online application for the group. There is space on the application form to list all of the artists who will be presented under that group.
What constitutes a “group”?
We consider a group to be two or more artists who are part of a permanent artists’ group or art gallery. Group participation is limited to established, permanent artist groups. There are no exceptions.
How many images does a group have on its artist webpage?
The number of tents purchased by a group determines how many images they receive on their group artists’ page.
How much is group registration?
Registration fees vary depending on the size of the group. 2018 pricing for a 10′ x 20′ tent accommodating up to 6 members costs $910. A 10′ x 50′ tent for ten or more costs $2260. You will find a complete list of tent sizes and fees on the application info page.
